HOW TO TURN BLUETOOTH ON AND OFF IN WINDOWS 8
To turn Bluetooth on and off follow these simple steps:
1. Press the Windows key (Usually located on right side of the key board between Right 'Ctrl' & 'Al't Keys )+ I, or swipe in from the right edge of the screen to open your Charms
2. Then select 'Change PC settings'.
3. Turn off Airplane mode.
4. Select Wireless.
5. change the Bluetooth setting to On or Off.
